Like in word and in Excel

First of all, I'd like to say that this program is really great I use it almost every day as well in the office than at home and on my mobile. In order not to tranfer the files on each system, I use an USB Key to jump from one PC to another (it works as well with Windows 98, NT4 and XP) ...

To be almost perfect, I would like to have 2 more opportunities :

1- Would it be possible to have a "highlight" function (2 ou 3 colors are enough) ?

2- I often use tables in NB by copy-paste from Word or Excel, but it's impossible for me to modify the limits of the columns in NB. If you could improve that point, it would be still greater.

I understand you to mean "highlighting" is giving the letters a background color, am I right?
